We strongly recommend that our guests be 12 years of age and over, and that parental discretion is exercised. Unpredictable paranormal events may take place during the tour. In addition, the paranormal affects each person differently and the experience can be intense. On some of our tours, people have become light headed, fainted, or become headachy or nauseated. Discussions surrounding the dead, ghosts, hauntings and spirits that have departed in unfortunate accidents, murder, and suicide may be too disturbing for some. We do not have any "jump scares" on our tours, but the above concepts may be discussed. Rooms and corridors in the Manor are dimly lit. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to any guests that are unable or unwilling to complete the tour. Our Psychic Medium makes every attempt to accommodate those who are being affected.

The ghosts don't wait for anybody! Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour time, to allow for time to use the washroom, and lock away large personal items and bulky coats before your tour begins. Lockers will be provided. Our tours will start PROMPTLY at the time they are scheduled, but if you are late you can still join the tour. During the snowy/rainy season, please do not wear large bulky boots, as Mystic Manor is over 120 years old, and we want to preserve all of our items. We suggest bringing indoor shoes, if you need to come with bulky boots.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Mystic Manor (and it's free)! Please follow the signs to the parking lot, which will be behind the house. Please enter through the ramp entrance on the north side of the Manor.

Yes! We have a newly built ramp that allows any guest to enter the first floor (Café and Parlour) of Mystic Manor. Tours through the rest of the house involve multiple stairways, low light levels, narrow passageways and low ceilings, which some visitors may find difficult to navigate.
