ALL GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 10 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE IN ONE OF THE TOURS. GUESTS AGED 10-17 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in a Mystic Manor experience located at 410 A 5th Street SE, High River, Alberta, I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Nature of Participation:
I understand that my participation and involvement in a Mystic Manor experience may include spirit detection activity, interaction with spiritual and/or unexplainable phenomena, and other unusual or paranormal activities or interactions.

Potentially dangerous conditions, uneven floors, low lighting and fog effects.
I acknowledge that these activities necessarily include certain risks which may or may not be foreseeable.
I understand my participation may involve physical activity such as walking, bending and climbing stairs.

2. Prohibited Items:
No drugs, alcohol, stimulants or weapons of any kind are permitted on Mystic Manor property.
Food, drinks and gum are prohibited during the experience.

3. Assumption of Risk:
I understand the risks associated with a Mystic Manor experience, including bodily injury, damage to property, emotional distress, death, or other harm.
Even with these risks, I freely and willingly desire to participate in a Mystic Manor experience at my own risk.

4. Release and Discharge:
I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damage, harm, personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise from my participation in a Mystic Manor experience.
This release is intended to discharge Mystic Manor, Faye Steinberg, and their respective owners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability arising out of my participation.

5. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystic Manor and Faye Steinberg, and their respective owners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense resulting from my participation.

6. Consent to Filming:
I consent to photo images and video footage taken by staff during this activity to be used in any publications and websites.
All media is the sole property of Mystic Manor.

7. Legally Binding Agreement:
I am aware that this agreement is legally binding.

8. Refusal of Entry:
Management reserves the right to remove anyone violating these Terms & Conditions without a refund.
Management also reserves the right to refuse admittance to Mystic Manor without a refund if there is any physical, verbal, or emotional abuse.

9. Acknowledgment:
By checking off the box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions in full.
If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on your behalf.
