We pride ourselves on digging up authentic ghost stories. Some stories are passed down orally through folklore and become legends, but we strive to determine if they are factual and based on actual life events. We have spent countless hours compiling our ghost stories to be able to tell you authentic and true stories. Our research is a compilation of historical documentation from the archives at the Glenbow, Museum of the Highwood, University of Calgary, Genealogy organizations, Calgary Library, Eye Witness accounts, interviews, and our very own psychic!

We strongly recommend that our guests be 12 years of age and over, and that parental discretion is exercised. While we love telling ghost stories to all ages, unpredictable events may take place during the ghost interactions.  In addition, the paranormal affects each person differently. In some instances, those effects can be intense. Discussions surrounding the dead, ghosts, hauntings and spirits that have departed in unfortunate accidents and suicide may be too disturbing for some. We do not have any "jump scares" on our tours, but the above concepts may be discussed. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to any guests that are unable or unwilling to complete the tour. 

The ghosts don't wait for anybody! Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour time, as tours will start PROMPTLY at the time they are scheduled. All personal items must be locked away before your tour begins. Lockers will be provided. During the snowy season, please bring a change of shoes, as Mystic Manor is over 120 years old, and we want to preserve all of our items. 

Please head to our Bookings tab to pay for your Tour, or check your email after reserving your spot to pay for each member of your party. We encourage our guests to pay for your tour at time of booking. As tour sizes are small, we cannot hold reservations that have not been paid for.

One tour can be run for up to ten people. Please email us at haunted@mysticmanor.ca or call 403-888-8872 for groups larger than ten people.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Mystic Manor (and it's free)! Please follow the signs to the parking lot, which will be behind the house. Please enter through the ramp entrance on the north side of the Manor.

Yes! We have a newly built ramp that allows any guest to enter the first floor (Café and Parlour) of Mystic Manor. Tours through the rest of the house involve multiple stairways, low light levels, narrow passageways and low ceilings, which some visitors may find difficult to navigate.
